"This is My House"! We hadn't even finished goning half way through the home when my Lease/Option Buyer started saying, "This is My House". I showed it to them on Thursday, we wrote the Lease with Option to Buy contract on Friday and they moved in on Saturday. They started out as Renters, but soon they will be Owners.
